Luzhou Laojiao Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the “Company”) recognizes the significance of your personal information to you, and your trust is of paramount importance to us. The Company will strictly comply with legal and regulatory requirements by implementing appropriate security protection measures, and is committed to ensuring the security and controllability of your personal information. The Company strives to maintain your trust and adheres to the following principles in protecting your personal information: the principle of consistency of rights and responsibilities, the principle of purpose specification, the principle of consent based on choice, the principle of minimum necessity, the principle of security assurance, the principle of subject participation, and the principle of openness and transparency. Furthermore, the Company undertakes to adopt corresponding security protection measures in line with mature industry security standards, thereby providing robust protection for your personal information.

1.适用范围

1. Scope of Application

本协议适用于公司及关联公司提供的产品和服务及其延伸功能，包括但不限于官方网站、微信小程序（如“国窖荟会员中心”“泸州老窖会员中心”）、微信端（“泸州老窖官方旗舰店”）、盖内码扫码活动平台、线下门店、品牌活动现场等所有渠道。

This Agreement applies to the products and services provided by the Company and its affiliates, as well as their extended features, through all channels including, but not limited to, official websites, WeChat mini-programs (e.g., "Guojiao Hui Member Center", "Luzhou Laojiao Member Center"), WeChat store ("Luzhou Laojiao Official Flagship Store"), under-cap code scanning activity platform, offline retail stores, brand event venues, and any other channels.

若特定产品或服务有单独的隐私保护规则，优先适用该单独规则；单独规则未约定的，适用本协议。

If a specific product or service is subject to a separate privacy protection policy, such separate policy shall prevail. Matters not covered by such separate policy shall be governed by this Agreement.

2.信息的收集

公司将依据《中华人民共和国个人信息保护法》《中华人民共和国数据安全法》《信息安全技术——个人信息安全规范》的要求，严格执行信息的收集和保护。

The Company will strictly implement information collection and protection in accordance with the requirements of the Personal Information Protection Law of the People's Republic of China, the Data Security Law of the People's Republic of China, and the national standard Information Security Technology — Personal Information Security Specification.

公司将遵循“最小必要”原则，仅收集为提供产品/服务所必需的客户个人信息，不收集与服务无关的冗余信息；所有信息收集行为均会在事前明确告知您收集目的与范围，并取得您的明示同意。

The Company will adhere to the "minimum necessity" principle, collecting only the customer's personal information necessary for providing the products or services, and will not collect redundant information unrelated to the services. All information collection activities will be clearly communicated to you in advance regarding the purpose and scope of collection, and your explicit consent will be obtained.

3.信息的使用

公司将在合法合规的前提下，为实现产品/服务提供、沟通联络、安全保障、合规要求及产品与服务优化等目的使用您的个人信息。

The Company will, on the premise of legality and compliance, use your personal information for the purposes of providing products/services, communication and contact, security assurance, compliance with legal requirements, and optimization of products and services.

4.公司如何存储与保护您的个人信息

（1）存储

公司严格遵循法律法规及监管关于数据跨境的要求，在境内收集和产生的您的个人信息，均存储于中国境内符合安全标准的服务器，未经法律法规及监管部门明确许可，不向境外转移或存储。公司遵循“必要最短”原则保留您的个人信息，保留期限以实现服务目的、履行法律法规义务所需的最短时间为准，除非需要延长保留期或受到法律允许。超出保留期间后，公司将根据适用法律的要求处理您的个人信息。

（1）Storage

The Company strictly complies with laws, regulations, and regulatory requirements regarding cross-border data transfers. Your personal information collected and generated within China is stored in servers located within China that meet security standards. Without explicit permission from applicable laws, regulations, or regulatory authorities, such information will not be transferred to or stored outside of China. The Company retains your personal information in accordance with the "minimum necessary retention" principle. The retention period is the minimum period required to fulfill the purposes of the services and to comply with legal and regulatory obligations, unless a longer retention period is necessary or permitted by law. After the retention period expires, the Company will dispose of your personal information in accordance with applicable legal requirements.

公司高度重视您的个人信息安全，将采取符合业界标准的技术与管理保护措施，防范个人信息泄露、篡改、丢失等风险。建立完善的信息安全管理制度与流程，明确人员权限与保密责任，对相关工作人员开展定期培训与监督。

The Company attaches great importance to the security of your personal information and will adopt technical and managerial protection measures that conform to industry standards to prevent risks such as leakage, tampering, or loss of personal information. The Company has established a comprehensive information security management system and procedures, defined personnel access rights and confidentiality responsibilities, and provides regular training and supervision for relevant staff.

若发生个人信息安全事件，公司将立即启动应急预案，采取必要措施控制风险扩大，并在法律法规规定时限内，通过合理有效的方式告知您事件相关情况及处置措施，必要时向相关监管部门报告。

In the event of a personal information security incident, the Company will immediately activate its emergency response plan and take necessary measures to contain the risk and prevent further escalation. Within the time limits prescribed by laws and regulations, the Company will inform you of the details of the incident and the remedial actions taken through reasonable and effective means, and will report to the relevant regulatory authorities when required.

In order to provide you with more convenient and user-friendly services, we may require certain personal information from you, including but not limited to your name, address, and telephone number. With the exception of your mobile phone number, information such as your profile picture, name, gender, date of birth, and email address is optional, and you may choose whether to provide it. If you do provide such information, we will use it solely for the purpose of delivering better services to you.

如果您将账户与您的第三方支付平台的账户关联，您需要授权我们通过您指定的账户划扣服务费。

If you associate your account with your third-party payment platform account, you authorize us to deduct service fees from the account you have designated.

为了向您提供更便捷的售前服务（如查询附近门店）以及售后服务等，我方将会使用、保存您的位置信息、交易信息、操作信息等。

In order to provide you with more convenient pre-sales services (e.g., locating nearby stores) and after-sales services, we may use, store, and process your location information, transaction information, operation information, and the like.

为了改进服务质量，我们会向您征集反馈意见，包括您参与的问卷调查、在线意见反馈、客户投诉等。 

For the purpose of improving service quality, we may collect your feedback, including through surveys you participate in, online feedback forms, customer complaints, and other means.

a.向您及时发送重要的通知，如软件更新、本协议条款变更。

a.Send you important notifications in a timely manner, such as software updates or changes to the terms of this Agreement.

b.进行审计数据分析和研究等，以改进产品服务及与用户之间的沟通。

b.Conduct audit data analysis and research, among other activities, to improve our products, services, and communication with users.

c.依照本协议约定，我们管理、审查用户信息及采取处理的措施。

c.Manage, review, and take measures regarding user information in accordance with the terms of this Agreement.

d.适用法律法规规定的其他事项。

d.Other matters as stipulated by applicable laws and regulations.

除上述事项外，未取得您事先同意，我们不会将用户信息用于其他任何用途。我们将采取技术措施和其他必要措施，确保用户信息安全，防止在本服务中收集的用户信息泄露。在发生前述情形或我们发现存在前述情形的可能时将及时采取措施补救。

Except as set forth above, we will not use user information for any other purposes without obtaining your prior consent. We will adopt technical measures and other necessary measures to ensure the security of user information and prevent the disclosure of user information collected through this service. In the event of the foregoing circumstances, or if we identify the potential for such circumstances, we will take timely remedial measures.

（2）公司不会向其他任何公司、组织和个人共享或转移您的个人信息，但以下情况除外：

a.在您明确的同意或授权下以确保您的服务、交易顺利完成。

c.有权机关依法执行公务，要求提供特定用户信息。

d.Where an agreement has been reached between you, us, and our cooperating parties regarding the disclosure of user information, and we disclose such information to the cooperating party accordingly.

e.任何由于黑客攻击电脑病毒侵入或其他不可抗力事件导致用户信息的泄露。

e.Where disclosure of user information results from hacking, computer virus intrusion, or other force majeure events.

6.您的信息权限

按照中华人民共和国相关的法律法规和监管规定，公司保障您对自己的个人信息行使以下权利。

In accordance with relevant laws, regulations, and regulatory provisions of the People's Republic of China, the Company ensures that you may exercise the following rights with respect to your personal information.

（1）访问、更正及更新您的个人信息

a.您有权查阅、更新、下载公司持有您的特定的个人信息。

a.You have the right to access, update, and download the specific personal information about you held by the Company.

b.要求公司更新或更正您的不准确的个人信息。

b.You have the right to request that the Company update or rectify inaccurate personal information about you.

c.删除您的个人信息

c.Delete Your Personal Information

在以下情形中，您可以向公司提出删除用户信息的请求

You may request that the Company delete your user information under the following circumstances:

a.如果公司处理个人信息的行为违反法律法规。

a.If the Company's processing of personal information violates laws or regulations.

b.如果公司收集、使用您的个人信息，却未征得您的明确同意。

b.If the Company collects or uses your personal information without obtaining your explicit consent.

c.如果公司处理个人信息的行为严重违反了与您的约定。

c.If the Company's processing of personal information materially breaches the agreement with you.

d.如果公司的处理目的已实现、无法实现或者为实现处理目的不再必要。

d.If the purpose of processing has been achieved, cannot be achieved, or is no longer necessary for achieving the purpose of processing.

e.如果公司停止提供产品或者服务，或者保存期限已届满。

e.If the Company ceases to provide products or services, or the retention period has expired.

（2）改变您授权同意的范围

（2）Change the Scope of Your Authorization or Consent

当您撤回同意或授权后，公司无法继续为您提供撤回同意或授权所对应的服务，也将不再处理您相应的个人信息。但您撤回同意或授权的决定，不会影响此前基于您的同意或授权而开展的个人信息处理。

Once you withdraw your consent or authorization, the Company will no longer be able to provide you with the services corresponding to such withdrawn consent or authorization, and will no longer process your relevant personal information. However, your decision to withdraw consent or authorization will not affect the lawfulness of personal information processing carried out based on your prior consent or authorization.

7.未成年人信息的保护

7. Protection of Minors' Information

根据《未成年人保护法》规定，禁止向未满十八周岁的未成年人出售烟酒。如果您是未成年人，请不要以任何方式购买公司含酒精商品和/或使用服务。

Under the provisions of the Law on the Protection of Minors, the sale of alcohol to minors under the age of eighteen (18) is prohibited. If you are a minor, please do not purchase any alcohol-containing products of the Company and/or use the services in any manner.

如果您不满十八（18）周岁或其他无民事行为能力/限制民事行为能力的情形，您应确保与您的父母或监护人共同阅读本协议，以便您的父母或监护人理解并同意本协议的内容。

If you are under eighteen (18) years of age or otherwise lack civil capacity or have limited civil capacity, you should ensure that you read this Agreement together with your parents or guardians, so that your parents or guardians can understand and agree to the contents of this Agreement.

您点击同意本协议或使用会员服务后，即视为您确认本人具有享受国窖荟会员中心服务、下单购物等相应的权利能力和行为能力，能够独立承担法律责任。若您不具备前述行为相适应的民事行为能力，则您与您父母或监护人应依照法律规定承担因此而导致的一切后果。

By clicking to agree to this Agreement or using the membership services, you shall be deemed to confirm that you have the corresponding legal capacity and dispositive capacity to enjoy the services of the Guojiao Hui Member Center, place orders, make purchases, and otherwise independently bear legal liability. If you do not have the civil capacity commensurate with the foregoing actions, you and your parents or guardians shall bear all consequences arising therefrom in accordance with legal provisions.

如果父母或监护人发现公司在未获得父母或监护人同意的情况下收集了儿童个人信息，请联系公司，同时提交相关材料以便公司验证身份，公司会尽快审核并设法尽快删除相关数据。

If a parent or guardian becomes aware that the Company has collected personal information of a child without obtaining the parent's or guardian's consent, please contact the Company and submit relevant materials for identity verification purposes. The Company will review the matter as soon as possible and take steps to delete the relevant data promptly.

8.隐私协议更新的规则

8. Rules for Updating the Privacy Agreement

（1）隐私政策的修订

公司可能适时修订本隐私政策的条款，该等修订构成本《隐私政策》的一部分。

The Company may amend the terms of this Privacy Policy from time to time. Such amendments shall form part of this Privacy Policy.

（2）隐私政策的更新通知

（2）Notification of Privacy Policy Updates

如可能造成您在本隐私政策下权利的实质减少或扩大收集、使用信息的范围等重要规则变更时，公司将通过个人信息主体登录信息系统时、更新信息系统版本时弹出窗口提示更新或在网站进行更新公布。

In the event of significant changes to this Privacy Policy that materially reduce your rights hereunder or expand the scope of information collection and use, the Company will notify you by means of a pop-up window when you log into the information system or update the system version, or will post an updated notice on the website.

附则

Supplementary Provisions

（1）责任

（1） Liability

我们将不承担任何基于不可抗力等非人为因素给您造成的损失。不可抗力包括但不限于：

We shall not be liable for any losses caused to you by force majeure or other non-human factors. Force majeure includes, but is not limited to:

a.大雾、雷雨、沙尘、道路积雪、结冰、低能见度等危及行车安全的恶劣气象条件；

a.Adverse weather conditions endangering driving safety, such as heavy fog, thunderstorms, dust storms, snow accumulation on roads, icy roads, and low visibility;

b.洪涝、台风、冰雹、暴雪、地震、山地崩塌、滑坡、泥石流、海啸等自然灾害；

b.Natural disasters such as floods, typhoons, hailstorms, blizzards, earthquakes, mountain collapses, landslides, mudslides, and tsunamis;

c.公安机关交通部门在集会游行、大型运动会、道路桥梁建设、救灾抢险等情形下实施的交通管制等措施；

c.Traffic control measures implemented by public security traffic authorities under circumstances such as assemblies and marches, major sports events, road and bridge construction, disaster relief and emergency rescue operations;

d.黑客攻击、电信部门技术调整导致之重大影响、因政府管制而造成之暂时关闭、病毒侵袭等事件。

d.Events such as hacker attacks, major impacts caused by technical adjustments of telecommunications authorities, temporary closures due to government regulations, and virus intrusions.

我们对于您的以下行为引起的直接、间接、偶然及继起的损害不负责任：

We shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your following actions:

a.不正当使用服务；

a,Improper use of the services;

b.故意隐瞒重要信息；

b.Deliberate concealment of material information;

c.传送的信息不符合规定等。

c.Transmission of information that does not comply with applicable regulations.

（2）知识产权

（2）Intellectual Property Rights

公司品牌标识以及与会员相关的其他公司产品商标、服务标志、图像和标识部分为公司产品的商标或注册商标。与会员相关的其他商标、服务标志、图像和标识为其各自所有人的商标。未经公司品牌或相关商标持有人的事先书面许可，用户不得全部或部分复制、模仿或使用品牌标志或第三方标志。小程序和内容受到与著作权、商标、专利、商业秘密及其他专有权利相关的国际条约、法律、法规、行政规章等规定的保护，您可在品牌或内容所有人授权的情况下使用包含数字信息的安全组件。

The Company's brand logos and other product trademarks, service marks, images, and logos of the Company related to the membership are trademarks or registered trademarks of the Company's products. Other trademarks, service marks, images, and logos related to the membership are trademarks of their respective owners. Without the prior written permission of the Company's brand or the holder of the relevant trademark, users shall not copy, imitate, or use, in whole or in part, the brand logos or third-party logos. The mini-program and its content are protected by international treaties, laws, regulations, and administrative rules relating to copyright, trademarks, patents, trade secrets, and other proprietary rights. You may use the security components containing digital information under the authorization of the brand or content owner.
