公司合作项目在食品领域国际顶级（TOP）杂志上发表封面论文
近日，公司与北京工商大学孙宝国院士团队的合作项目，在美国化学学会期刊Journal of Agricultural and Food Chemistry最新一期（2018，Volume 66，Issue 48）发表了题为 “Characterization of 3-Methylindole as a Source of a ‘Mud’-like Off-Odor in Strong-Aroma Types of Base Baijiu” 的封面论文。
